The GDE series DD direct drive motor is an outer rotor torque motor, with a total of 27 specifications. The outer diameter ranges from 40 to 325 mm, the height ranges from 36 to 231 mm, the maximum speed ranges from 100 to 600 rpm, the positioning accuracy is ±20 Arc seconds, and the repeat positioning accuracy is ±1.5 Arc seconds.
The GDE series DD direct drive motor features high precision positioning and low heat generation. The load can be directly fixed to the motor mounting surface, reducing precision loss, and the direct drive method allows for program-controlled segmentation of workstations.
■ Built-in absolute encoder
The built-in absolute encoder achieves absolute precision positioning, with the load directly fixed to the motor face, reducing intermediate connection workpieces while lowering precision loss, ensuring high precision positioning.■ Hybrid magnetic circuit
The efficient and energy-saving hybrid magnetic circuit can generate high torque at low current, allowing the motor to operate continuously at high speed while maintaining a low heat state, greatly improving work efficiency.■ Cross roller bearing support
The internal structure uses cross roller bearing support, with fully enclosed cross roller bearings that feature high rigidity, smooth and stable operation, maintenance-free lubrication, and cleanliness, making it suitable for dust-free environments.■ Hollow structure design
Some specifications adopt a large diameter hollow structure design, suitable for environments requiring wiring and piping. -
