The GMP series is a standard belt sliding table suitable for general environments. Features include: multiple types of sliding seats available for selection; patented oil nozzle design; high rigidity body and cover; compatible with various brands of servo motors; diverse motor installation methods; belt types can be customized according to the application.
The GMP6-100W body has a width of 65mm, compatible with a 100W servo motor, a maximum stroke of 800mm, and a maximum load of 15KG.
■ Various types of sliding seats
The types of sliding seats include linked double sliding seats, single-action double sliding seats, reverse linked double sliding seats, and extended single sliding seats, allowing users to choose based on equipment needs.■ Patent oil nozzle design
The patented oil nozzle design allows for oil injection from a single nozzle on the sliding seat, enabling simultaneous oil maintenance for the nut and multiple sliding blocks, making module maintenance more convenient.
(The installation direction of the oil nozzle can be customized according to customer equipment needs.)
■ High rigidity body and cover
The body adopts an integrated structure and is analyzed for optimal rigidity, with a special anti-warping cover design that does not easily twist or deform during long strokes.
■ Compatible with various brands of servo motors
Compatible with servo motors from multiple brands such as Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Yaskawa, Sanyo, Fuji, Oriental, Tamagawa, Delta, etc.
