Hollow Rotary Platform | GSA Series Alias: Right Angle Rotary Table, 90-Degree Gear Reducer, Hollow Right Angle Gear Reducer Platform This is a rotary speed reduction transmission device designed for limited installation space that requires a 90-degree turn. It combines the advantages of a hollow rotary platform and a 90-degree steering gear reducer. The hollow structure simplifies complex piping and wiring, while the right-angle steering design addresses the issue of insufficient installation space. This model also features a standard hollow rotary platform (SV) that can be widely matched with servo motors or stepper motors from various brands, providing designers with more options when designing mechanical structures.
■ Direct connection can improve reliability and reduce costs.
The workbench and robotic arm that need to be installed can be directly mounted on the rotating platform. Compared to using mechanical parts like pulleys, this can reduce the time and costs associated with mechanical design, part allocation, and belt status adjustment.
■ Motor Configuration
Step motors or servo motors from various brands can be matched.
■ High-precision positioning without backlash.
No backlash, positioning accuracy ≦ 1 min, repeat positioning accuracy can reach ≤ 10 arc-sec.
Note: Repeat positioning accuracy is measured under constant load and at a constant temperature (room temperature).
■ Hollow Structure
Wiring and piping are more convenient and straightforward, and this feature is particularly advantageous in complex wiring and piping environments.
