The GMD series is a dust-free screw slide table, suitable for cleanroom environments. Features include: patented oil nozzle design; high rigidity body and top cover; compatible with various brands of servo motors; multiple motor installation methods; optional screw brands and specifications.
GMD5S-42 body width 51mm, equipped with 42 stepper motor, maximum stroke 800mm, maximum load 10KG.
■ Patent oil nozzle design
The patented oil nozzle design allows for oil injection from a single nozzle on the sliding seat, enabling simultaneous oil maintenance for the nut and multiple sliding blocks, making module maintenance more convenient.
(The installation direction of the oil nozzle can be customized according to customer equipment requirements.)
■ High rigidity body and upper cover
The body adopts an integrated molding structure and is analyzed for ideal rigidity, with a specially designed anti-torsion upper cover that is not easily twisted or deformed during long stroke use.
■ Compatible with various brands of servo motors
Compatible with servo motors from multiple brands such as Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Yaskawa, Sanyo, Fuji, Oriental, Tamagawa, Delta, etc.
■ Diverse motor installation methods
The motor installation direction can be customized according to customer equipment requirements.
■ Optional screw brands and specifications
Screw brands and specifications can be flexibly selected based on different precision and speed requirements of the equipment.
