■Principle of Transmission Technology

The Roller Driver transmission applies the arc surface indexing principle, which is currently the most precise motion control method. The working component consists of an input shaft (arc surface indexing roller) and a roller (output shaft). The roller groove surface on the input shaft is in line contact engagement with the outer ring surface of the driven roller component, thereby driving the rotating wheel (i.e., the worktable) to rotate. The driven roller component utilizes internal roller bearings to transmit torque during the rotation process. This working principle ensures zero clearance, excellent working precision, and working efficiency, effectively avoiding internal component wear and providing a lasting high-precision working state.
