The GMD series is a dust-free screw slide table, suitable for cleanroom environments. Features include: patented oil nozzle design; high rigidity body and top cover; compatible with various brands of servo motors; multiple motor installation methods; optional screw brands and specifications.
The GMD17-750W has a body width of 170mm, compatible with a 750W servo motor, a maximum stroke of 1250mm, and a maximum load of 120KG.
■ Patent oil nozzle design
The patented oil nozzle design allows for oil injection from a single nozzle on the sliding seat, enabling simultaneous lubrication of the nut and multiple sliding blocks, making maintenance more convenient for the module.
(The installation direction of the oil nozzle can be customized according to customer equipment requirements.)
■ High rigidity body and cover
The body is made of a one-piece molded structure and analyzed for optimal rigidity, with a specially designed anti-twisting cover that does not easily distort during long strokes.
■ Compatible with various brands of servo motors
Compatible with servo motors from multiple brands such as Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Yaskawa, Sanyo, Fuji, Oriental, Tamagawa, Delta, etc.
■ Diverse motor installation methods
The motor installation direction can be customized according to customer equipment requirements.
■ Optional screw brands and specifications
Screw brands and specifications can be flexibly selected based on different precision and speed requirements of the equipment.
