2. Low backlash: can reach within 3 arc minutes for single-stage, and within 5 arc minutes for double-stage.
3. High efficiency: over 95% for single-stage, and over 92% for double-stage.
4. High input speed: can reach 8000RPM.
5. High torque: higher than that of standard planetary reducers.
6. High stability: made of high-strength alloy steel, the entire gear is hardened, not just the surface, ensuring service life and maintaining initial precision even after long-term use.
7. High reduction ratio: modular design allows planetary gearboxes to be interconnected, with a reduction ratio exceeding 1/1000.Precision planetary gear reducers are widely used in the following fields:
