The hollow indexing plate applies the principle of arc surface indexing to achieve precise motion control. The transmission components consist of an input shaft (arc surface indexing roller) and a roller (output shaft). The roller groove surface on the input shaft is in line contact engagement with the outer ring surface of the driven roller component, thereby driving the rotating wheel (worktable) to rotate. During the rotation of the driven roller component, torque is transmitted through the internal roller bearings, ensuring the zero clearance performance of the hollow indexing plate. The excellent working precision and efficiency effectively prevent wear of internal components, ensuring that the hollow indexing plate can maintain a high-precision working state for a long time.
