The hollow rotating platform is a brand new rotating load device that integrates high transmission efficiency, high precision, high rigidity, and high cost performance. It combines the advantages of servo motors, cam splitters, and direct drive motors. By using a high-precision gear structure and radial bearings, it improves torque and rigidity, allowing for more stable load-bearing. When paired with a servo motor or stepper motor, it can achieve arbitrary angle segmentation, meeting the control of digits that splitters cannot achieve, while its positioning accuracy can rival that of direct drive motors, enabling the positioning of inertial loads in a short time.

The hollow structure simplifies complex piping and wiring, while the right-angle steering design addresses the issue of insufficient installation space.
This model also features a standard hollow rotary platform (SV) that can be widely matched with servo motors or stepper motors from various brands, providing designers with more options when designing mechanical structures.

The spiral guide wave gear has advantages over spiral bevel gears, including a higher reduction ratio, high torque, high precision, and low wear. The transmission method is sliding, with a transmission accuracy of up to 30 arc seconds and a transmission efficiency of over 96%.

The hollow indexing plate applies the principle of arc surface indexing to achieve precise motion control. The transmission components consist of an input shaft (arc surface indexing roller) and a roller (output shaft). The roller groove surface on the input shaft is in line contact engagement with the outer ring surface of the driven roller component, thereby driving the rotating wheel (worktable) to rotate. During the rotation of the driven roller component, torque is transmitted through the internal roller bearings, ensuring the zero clearance performance of the hollow indexing plate. The excellent working precision and efficiency effectively prevent wear of internal components, ensuring that the hollow indexing plate can maintain a high-precision working state for a long time.
The GBX series high-torque rotating platform consists of a front stage planetary gear reducer and a rear stage cycloidal pinwheel reducer. It features a compact structure, low vibration, low noise, low energy consumption, and a large transmission ratio.
