The GMD series is a dust-free screw slide table, suitable for cleanroom environments. Features include: patented oil nozzle design; high rigidity body and top cover; compatible with various brands of servo motors; multiple motor installation methods; optional screw brands and specifications.
The GMD12-200W body has a width of 102mm, compatible with a 200W servo motor, a maximum stroke of 1050mm, and a maximum load of 50KG.
■ Patent oil nozzle design
The patented oil nozzle design allows for oiling through a single nozzle on the sliding seat, enabling simultaneous oiling and maintenance of the nut and multiple sliding blocks, making module maintenance more convenient.
(The installation direction of the oil nozzle can be customized according to customer equipment requirements.)
■ High rigidity body and cover
The body adopts an integrated molding structure and is analyzed for optimal rigidity, with a specially designed anti-torsion cover that is not easily distorted during long stroke use.
■ Compatible with various brands of servo motors
Compatible with servo motors from multiple brands such as Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Yaskawa, Sanyo, Fuji, Oriental, Tamagawa, Delta, etc.
■ Diverse motor installation methods
The motor installation direction can be customized according to customer equipment requirements.
