The GPW series commutator is a new planetary reducer series launched by G+/GIGA. It has the characteristics of high torque, high efficiency, long service life, low backlash, and maintenance-free. The multi-output shaft structure design enables flexible application in a limited space of installed equipment.
The GPW series commutator is a new planetary reducer series launched by G+/GIGA. Its main features are as follows:
1. High Accuracy: Transfer Efficiency arrival 90%.2.High Torque: Higher torque output than conventional standard planetary gearboxes.
3.Low Backlash: Backlash within 12-18 arcmin for single stage. Within 20-26 arcmin for two stages.
4.High Input Speed: Can reach ≤3000 RPM.
5.High Stability: Employs high tensile strength alloy steel. Gear hardening is made for the entire gear instead of only surface hardening, which extends gear service life and maintain high accuracy as new after a long period of operation.
6.Low Noise & Vibration: Under 62~72db.
7.Wide Operating Range: Compatible with various voltage inputs and suitable for different load conditions.
8.Integrated Feedback System: Many models include potentiometers or encoders for closed-loop control, enhancing accuracy.
